City of Aurora

Faced with outdated water and waste systems and growing need for modernization, the City of Aurora hired us to provide communications support and community engagement services ahead of the Council renewing a bond replacement to voters in 2022. Given the City’s small population, we worked with Councilors to advance an individualized approach to community engagement through the development of a steering committee and other strategies.

This work ultimately culminated in Measure 24-462, which passed with over 58% of the vote.
