About the Project
Seizing on a historic opportunity to shape policy for Oregonians of color during the 2021 Legislative Session, the Oregon Legislature’s Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Caucus hired us to produce a comprehensive document and execute a press conference highlighting their members and their legislative priorities for the session. We supported members in advance of and during the press conference, and secured earned media coverage for their priorities.
